Service Description
Join Bob Bowles on Tuesday, July 20th as he leads us on an informative, in the field workshop about pollinators and the native plants that attract them. You will learn: • Who are the Pollinators • Why are Pollinators important • Which nectar-producing native plants are best for food • What host plants are best for laying eggs • Fascinating facts about butterflies • How butterflies contribute to our ecosystem • How to build and create your own butterfly garden • Different ways we can help pollinators - bringing nature into our own backyards The workshop will run from 1:00 pm. to 2:30 pm. Email robertlbowlesnaturecentre@gmail.com to register. We will be adhering to all public health measures, advice and restrictions in Step 2 of the Roadmap to Reopen in Ontario.
